It starts from 360 € per month and covers a variety of services. Fully customizable! The final cost depends on the services booked as well as the location of your property.

Key holder service
the key may be made handed over to third parties following the official approval of the owner
Monthly inspection
Detailed inspection of your property outside and inside once a month
Ventilation of the property, water and electricity installation check
Reporting
Sending a detailed report to the owner after the property tour, including photographs
Mail collection and bill payment
Mail collection, bill payment and sending payment confirmation to the owner
Consuption status
Reading the status of the electricity and water meters
Plumbing maintenance
Limescale prevention, water discharge, antifreeze fluid
Property inspection
Property inspection after the storm or sever weather
Watering plants
Watering flowers and other plants during the monthly visit
General cleaning
General cleaning of the property before the arrival of the owner (2x per year)
Property preparation
Property preparation for the arrival of the owner – bed linen setting, turning on electrical appliances
Provisioning
Grocery supply service before the arrival of the owner (2x per year), based on the list provided. Payment is done based on invoice upon owner’s arrival.
Private transfer
Airport welcome and transfer to the property (2x per year, Zadar and Split)
Supervision
Overseeing work and repairs at the property and sending reports to the owner
