From basic maintenance to complex construction and expansion works, at Distanza, we have a solution for all your needs.
- Contact person – Distanza Property Manager
- Cleaning 1x a week – Cleaners recommended by Fain d.o.o.
- Gardening and horticulture 1x a week – Gardening in summer period (April-October) is needed2x per week and in winter period (November-March) is needed 1x per week. Gardener recommended by Fain d.o.o. Price and service include materials and labor; restoration of grass, flowers and plants.
- Organization of repairs / minor constructions, etc. – Fain d.o.o. (property manager communicates issue and the repair needed to the owner. Fain d.o.o. proposes an offer and upon owners’ approval, does the job).
- Mail collection and bill forwarding – by property

- Pool maintenance (regular maintenance)
- Emptying the septic tank (2 or 3 tanks possibly needed per service)
- General cleaning – price shown below in €/m2
Pricing & Payment Terms:

Payment is regulated by the property management agreement and can be done as single payment, semi-annual or quarterly payment. Total payment for all custom packages will be determined upon property inspection.
